A fantastic opportunity to visit some of South Arica`s top award winning vineyards and combine it with all the major tourist attractions in The Western Cape. It is a combination of wine tasting, sight seeing, enjoying excellent food at some of the top restaurants and an opportunity of seeing The Big 5 – Lion, Leopard, Elephant, Buffalo and the Rhino in malaria free country side. Highlights 2 Nights Cape Town – Arrive CTown Intl Airport and transfer to your city hotel. Weather permitting you will go up Table Mountain Table or visit Robben Island. Dinner in the evening will be at the Waterfront. Day 2 you will do a City tour up Table Mountain (if you had not gone the previous day) followed by a visit to our world famous Botanical Garden, Kirstenbosch. A drive to the Constantia area for wine tasting and lunch. Overnight in same hotel. Dinner to be arranged. 2 Nights Stellenbosch – After checking out
of the hotel you will be taken on our Peninsula Tour via Hout Bay/
Chapmans Peak to the historical Cape of Good Hope and Cape Point.
You will marvel at the scenic beauty of the most “Fairest
Cape” and enjoy a visit to the Penguin Colony at the boulders.
You arrive late afternoon in the town of oaks – Stellenbosch
– one of the most beautiful towns in our country situated
in the heart of the winelands area. 1 Night Oudtshoorn – Departing Stellenbosch you will be fascinated to see how the landscape and vegetation is changing all the way along the route 62 to the town of Oudtshoorn – known as the Ostrich capital of the world. It is situated in a semi desert area called the Little Karoo. Along the route you will enjoy a wine taste in the Robertson area. A visit to the Cango Caves and an Ostrich farm will be made before departing. 1 Night Plettenberg Bay / or Knysna. A short drive over the Outenique mountains to George brings you into the very well known part of the country called The Garden Route where you will enjoy seascapes, lakes, beautiful beaches and indigenous forests. A visit to the famous Kysna Heads will be made on route. 2 Nights Game Parks – With an early start
on route to Port Elizabeth and your wildlife experiences we visit
the Tsitsikamma National Park. The afternoon will find you in the
Addo Elephant Park for your first encounter of one of the Big Five.
We overnight in the park. 1 Night Knysna or Plettenberg Bay – We have unfortunately to turn around and head back to Cape Town but there are still two days left to enjoy and experience our wonderful scenery and natural beauty as we head back down the Garden Route to Knysna or Plettenberg Bay. 1 Night Cape Augulhas – Ater Breakfast we head for Mossel Bay and visit the Dias Museum before heading down to Swellendam and onto Cape Agulhas – The Tip of Africa – where the two oceans meet, the Indian and the Atlantic. 1 Night Cape Town – Now we have to say good bye as we depart for Cape Town or the airport via Stanford and the coastal town of Hermanus -world famous for whale watching ( June to November ) and then via a beautiful coastal drive through Betty`s and Gordan`s Bay.
