Whale Watching
Brilliant and very emotional – for me anyhow!

During the months of June to November whales visit our shores migrating up from the South Pole
to mate and to calf. The most well known whale watching area in our country is the southern cape shores in particular the Hermanus area where you can observe them from the cliffs as close as you can throw a stone!

For an adventure of a life time you can also go on a registerd whale watching boat and get even closer. This comes Highly recommended. The whale numbers peak in October so if you are planning something very exciting and worthwhile this is the month.

We collect you early morning and drive the the direct route to Hermanus and or Gansbaai. Depending if you are wanting to go on the optional boat trip we will spend the day in the area of Walker Bay watching and observing these beautiful gentle giants of the ocean. We have lunch in Hermanus and return via the very beautiful coastal drive of Betty`s and Gordan`s Bay.
